Log Cabin Quilt

Excuse for not being finished: I stuffed up the quilting

This is for my sewing room wall. I have used these log cabins in many other things (pillows, wall cabinet, bags, chickens.... cruise my site, they are everywhere) but not a quilt. I had a fabulous idea for a funky quilt, but sort of forgot that I hadn't done any free motion sewing on the machine for a long time (except for library bags and chair cover for Ben's school!). Oops. I need to unpick and do something simpler.

Here's the top on the design wall before I basted it and totally stuffed it up!
